All orders are shipped from our location in Belgium.
🇪🇺 Shipping to France and Germany
- Delivery Time: 2–8 business days, depending on destination
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- Duties/Customs: No customs fees apply within the EU; VAT is included in the listed price.
- Other European countries: Currently unavailable, please find a reseller or contact us.
🌍 International Shipping (Outside EU)

- Shipping Costs: NA
- Duties/Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees in their country. These are not included in the order total.
🛠 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
🚚 Delivery Partners
We work with trusted carriers such as GLS. Other carriers might be used like DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx and PostNL depending on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
